Administrative discourse: institutional
characteristics
There are considered the signs of administrative
discourse as a special variety of institutional
communication. There are ascertained three main
characteristic features of administrative discourse:
1) legitimacy of communication of its participants
(administrator - subordinate); 2) authoritative and
subordinating communication character;
3) functional structure of this communication
is planning, organization, motivation, control,
assessment.

Peculiarities of early sermons
of mendicant orders
There are analyzed the Franciscan and Dominican
tendencies of a sermon at the initial stage of its
existence. It reveals the specific peculiarities of each
of the mentioned directions, which are determined
by goals and objectives set by the orders, as well as
a creative method by some separate preachers. As a
result, there appears the general context and some
sort of prehistory of the Italian medieval sermon.

Combinatory power of the word is its ability to unite
with particular words to fulfill this or that meaning
task. One of the functions of combinatory power is
actualization of lexical meaning of the word, which

of the baroque classicism
phenomenon)
In the odic poetry by Lomonosov and his followers, by
ways of mutual assimilation to land sea becomes from
the field of Russian victories over enemies to the object
of these victories, and the Russian Tsar - to the new
sea sovereign. Embodying rivers, man-made turned
by will of the monarch, the ode makes the waters its
vassals, companions and heralds. In the end moisture
becomes implicitly the inner state of the Empire and
the world as a whole, providing its eternal dynamism.

Views of V.V.Bianki on childrens
literature as creative self-reflection
There are analyzed the views of a famous Russian
writer V.V.Bianki on childrens literature, which
allows more accurate estimation of the writers
creative work. Nowadays there is a strong tradition to
consider the writers works as scientific and fiction, to
which he objected. The analysis of the writers articles
and diaries, in which he states his views persistently
and logically, allows dispelling the fixed stereotypes
in the interpretation of his works, which has both
theoretical and practical meaning.
