The article deals with Russian sentimentalism. The author looks upon the poetic “dream” which at first leads away from the illusory earthly life, but, having received cognitive functions, returns to life again. The author claims the idea of the flight of the “dream” in romanticism connects the poet with other national poetic chronotopes. The same logic is used in Anacreonticswhere the poet realizes the “native” nature as a national spiritual “soil”. Departure from life and inclusion into it suggest each other.

In the odic poetry by Lomonosov and his followers, by ways of mutual assimilation to land sea becomes from the field of Russian victories over enemies to the object of these victories, and the Russian Tsar - to the new sea sovereign. Embodying rivers, man-made turned by will of the monarch, the ode makes the waters its vassals, companions and heralds. In the end moisture becomes implicitly the inner state of the Empire and the world as a whole, providing its eternal dynamism.

The motive of life cyclicity marked the transition from lyceum to Petersburg periods of Pushkins lyrics. It reflected the poets vision of his lifes historicism and the dialectics of soul. The deed is always associated with premonition, reminiscence and [or] oblivion. Playing the role of catharsis they not only inherit time deed but at every age time run through it.
