There are revealed the ideas of the essence and specificity of pedagogic work assumed as basis of the conception and development program of Volgograd State Social and Pedagogical University for the period of 2011 - 2015. From the position of continuous pedagogic education there are given the essential characteristics of the university complex of the VSSPU, regulations of its further establishment as the basis centre of teacher training. The article is devoted to the 80th anniversary of the University.

There is regarded the range of issues, methodological and conceptual bases of theory and practice of personality developing education. The mentioned bases are considered in the field of ideas and traditions of the Volgograd scientific pedagogical school. There are revealed the scientific foundations of projecting a situation of personality development in the educational process, interpreted the main results of research and perspectives of elaboration of the given theory.

There is substantiated the necessity of scientific pedagogic research humanitarization, revealed the differences between the humanist and traditional mechanistic approach, found out the ways of receiving the whole idea of a person in the humanist research.

There is considered the system of principles of education quality management at a higher school on the basis of formation of the collective subject of educational process: creative activity of the subjects of the educational process in quality policy implementation at a higher school: polylogical selfdetermination and dialogical correlation, as well as targeting at self-development of all the subjects of the educational process.

There is given the methodology of value and motivational management of education quality in higher school, substantiated the principles, forms and methods of improvement of higher school systems of education quality management. There is suggested the management mechanism, which ensures actualization of teachers and students potential as the resource of continuous education quality improvement.

Philosophic conception of the pedagogic comparative science is determined as well as its role and significance in the system of contemporary scientific knowledge. The functions of the comparative pedagogy are underlined and revealed. The essence and the content of some aspects of education abroad are analyzed.

There are given the historical and theoretical grounds for investigation of the process of establishment and development of national education in Russia; suggested the model of national educational structure as a methodological prism of historical and pedagogic research of the given phenomenon. There are shown the areas of realization of the suggested model in educational experience.

There is considered the need of society for improvement of regional system of education as an instrument of development. Gradually, educational institutions of the Volgograd region are realized as the main factor of increase of intellectual potential, level of professional competence of specialists in all the sectors of social production.

There is given the conception of teaching process organization at primary school on the basis of freedom principle. With the help of logical and historical analysis, there are sorted out the structural components of personal freedom, substantiated the inclusion of free work experience into the content of primary education, developed the effective mechanisms of the experience formation at primary school pupils.

There are regarded the issues of specialists training for preschool education sphere in the conditions of innovative development of economics, increase of demands of the society for quality education.

There is suggested the analysis of changes in target, substantial and technological aspects of professional training of a primary school teacher in the system of higher pedagogical education. The key idea of changes in the system of professional training of a primary school teacher in the system of a higher school should be the elaboration of educational strategies and techniques of personal and professional development of a future primary school teacher in the educational process at a higher school.

In the conditions of contemporary society formation, there is regarded the urgency of informatics teachers new competences development, which is directed at solution of personal developmental, educational tasks in the school course of informatics - formation of information competence of a pupil, bases of scientific outlook; development of moral, ethic norms of behaviour in information environment, and others.

There is analyzed the specificity of communicative direction of educational work in teaching in computer environment. There is described the students communicative readiness for studying in computer environment.

There are covered the basic issues of teaching theory in the Internet network communities. There is revealed the notion of network community as a collective subject of social and informational activity on the Internet, described the educational opportunities of network communities, as well as the peculiarities of educational projects realization in the Internet communities.

Представлены результаты и перспективы исследований в рамках научной школы, базирующейся на ценностно-коммуникативном подходе в гуманитарном образовании; обосновываются методологические позиции целеполагания, принципы отбора содержания гуманитарного образования, факторы организации педагогического взаимодействия в гуманитарной образовательной среде. There is substantiated that in formation of the skills to work with a text, great attention should be paid to text work, when not only perception but also interpretation of the text should be taken into consideration. A text is constructed in accordance with some particular rules, sense and formal connection and differentiation of its units, as well as it is a systematizing sample of foreign language functioning and one of the basic educational units.

There are characterized the conceptual points, which form the basis for the theory of spiritual education developed in the frames of humanist integral approach, shown the specificity of this theory based on the integration of ideas of pedagogy and non-scientific (philosophic, religious) knowledge. There are suggested the methodological propositions necessary for investigation of the phenomenon of spiritual education, described the main directions and perspectives in investigation of the issues of spiritual education.

There are considered the issues of gender approach in pedagogical education at a pedagogical higher school, formation of pedagogic theory and practice.

There is substantiated the urgency of special education of variety performers. There are suggested the main directions of process optimization in professional training of singers in modern music educational institutions.

The paper addresses the influence of ethical considerations on the choice of research methods and the investigation process. The ethical norms are summed up the following main categories: 1) honesty and integrity in research; 2) acknowledgement of the intellectual contribution of other scholars; 3) relationship with the public; 4) moral values asserted or contradicted by the research. The paper also analyses the ethical norms functioning in the Internet, as well as problems arising in intercultural research communication.

There are described the social and cognitive functions of the Russian language - Russian lingual world picture, modern condition and structural dynamics of the Russian language, applied use of the Russian language by the modern society, predicted the future of the Russian language.

The article deals with a linguistic personality understood as a generalized image of a person representing cultural values, cognitive and communicative dispositions and behavioral reactions. A structure of a linguistic personality and its tentative types are discussed.

There is substantiated the thesis about the discursiveness of emotions. This discursiveness relates to communicative/categorial emotional situations of human communication. The effectiveness of emotional communication depends on the adequacy of speech partners emotional images and on their sincerity/insincerity.

There is considered the appearance of new meanings in discourse, i.e. origin of discursive effect as a result of the influence of positional factors (syntagmatics of discursive relations) and factors of the social status of the source (paradigmatics of discursive relations).

There is considered the work of linguists of Volgograd State Social and Pedagogical University (SSPI, VSPI, VSPU) on research of the dialects of the Volgograd region starting from the first years of the higher school work till the modern times. There are sorted out the main directions of dialect research.

There is regarded the essence of dialogues as one of the basic communicative categories, determined its place in the modern Internet communication, analyzed the specific character of realization of the given category in such dialogical genres as chat and forum.

Onomastics as an independent scientific area was established only in the middle of the XX century. The decisive contribution to the establishment and development of the Russian onomastic terminology was made by the dictionary by N.V.Podolskaya (1978, 2nd edition - 1988). The new dictionary of onomastic terminology, which carries on the traditions of N.V.Podolskaya, should contain the definitions of the new terms, characteristic for the development of science of the XXI century, show the connection of onomastics and linguistics, history, geography, social science, culturology and other spheres.

There are sorted out three main research areas of proper names pragmatics: finding out the pragmatic component in onyms semantics; analysis of the relations of an author and an addressee, as well as the conditions, in which the name is given; research of onyms correlation with the closest and the farthest context.

There are regarded the issues of multilingual space of the region from the position of ecolinguistics, covered some results of ecolinguistic monitoring in the Volgograd region.

There is discussed the issue of the authors interpretation of a socially important phenomena for a Swiss German writer Hermann Hesse - spirit and soul, which appear as moral instruments regulating the behaviour of a reflecting personality. The interpretative analysis of the story by Hermann Hesse Siddhartha reveals the figurative and value components of the concepts spirit and soul in the structured axiological world picture of the writer.

In the light of the antique theory of three styles and the category of appropriateness (ƒƒέƒƒƒ, aptum), there are considered the thematic and style varieties of burlesque, revealed the sphere of the given style, made the paradigm of its production methods. There are analyzed the connections of burlesque and a number of related phenomena (such as grotesque, parody and others), which gave an opportunity to differentiate these notions more clearly and to specify the relevant definitions.

Based on the analysis of the third chapter of the poem Dead Souls by N.V.Gogol, there is given the mythic and poetic commentary on its subject and figurative structure. Correlation of Gogols text and ethnographic reality and finding out the mythological symbols of its images as the signs of other space allows establishing the connection between the writers mythic poetry and funeral traditions of the Slavic folk culture.

There is considered the issue of research of the space category based on the Russian poetry of the second half of the XX - beginning of XXI century. There is characterized the work of the scientific laboratory East - West: space of Russian literature and folklore at the literature department of Volgograd State Social and Pedagogical University.

The issue of intrasubject connections in the process of school literature education is regarded by the example of comparative analysis of the story by V.P.Astafyev Captured Gun and war prose by L.N.Tolstoy.

There is revealed the universality of culturology subject, its versatility, ability to show different sides. There is explicated the connection of culturology and other disciplines in the process of education, as well as its practical meaning for different sides of social life.

There is analyzed the range of problems of university scientific schools, in particular, scientific school of economics functioning at the faculty of economics and management of Volgograd State Social and Pedagogical University. There are noted the main directions of work, its achievements and perspectives of development.

There is considered the investigation history of the range of problems of the Bronze Age in Nizhniy Povolzhye. There is suggested the periodization of development of scientific archaeological thinking in the region, traced the processes of establishment of scientific archaeological schools in Nizhniy Povolzhye , oriented at the Bronze Age study. There are given the main scientific works of teachers, post graduate students and students of Volgograd State Social and Pedagogical University in the area of issues of the Bronze Age of Nizhniy Povolzhye.

There are analyzed the main directions of Nizhniy Povolzhye region history study, which is investigated by the teachers of Russian history department of Volgograd State Social and Pedagogical University in 2005-2011. There is noted the contribution to development of historical region study, characterized the developed scientific projects.

Inclusion of music art into cultural context is regarded as the basic tendency of development of contemporary music study, which presupposes the issue of correlation of the laws of music art development and development of culture as a whole. From this position there is analyzed the intonation nature of music art, basic approaches to elaboration of pedagogical technologies, adequate to the intonation experience of music culture.
