The article deals with the development and the external expertise of the training and methodological support of the basic vocational educational programs of the system of secondary vocational education. It represents the experience of the regional teaching and methodological association in the system of secondary vocational educationof the Volgograd region in the development of requirements to the working programmes of the academic disciplines and professional modules reflecting the specifics of FSES of SVEbased on the TOP-50.

The article deals with the parent culture as the system of parental activities aimed to achieve the goal of education of children in the family - development of a personality close to the ideal. The phenomenon “paradigm of the parent culture” as a social stereotype and a set of theoretical issuesis described in the article. It reveals the essential foundations of parent education of children in a particular historical period.

The article shows the necessity of development of family values of school graduates as one of the factors of creating and preserving of human fund. The research carried out in some Volgograd schools revealed the insufficient level of teenager’s readiness for future family life, which allowed the conclusion about the necessity of school graduates’ family values development, accepting family cultural values.

There is considered the actualization of mother’s image as a subjective reflection in human’s mind of the objective according to the source of a bearer of spiritual and cultural ideal with the functions of family education. There is revealed the phenomenon of sympathy of a modern teenager; the ways of conflict resolutions, methodological systems of its productiveness.

There are revealed the modern variable approaches to social and pedagogic projecting and implementation of the programmes of the development of pupil’ civil and patriotic consciousness in the social partnership of school and family, substantiated the urgency of social and pedagogic projecting of such programmes as the important resource of formation of future teacher’s professional competences

There is considered the Russian folk culture in the context of sociocultural modernization of education, analyzed the main state documents regarding education, revealed the pedagogic role of the Russian folk culture in artistic and aesthetic education of a modern teenager. There is given the author’s understanding of the term “Russian folk culture” as the ethnic pedagogical phenomenon, given the definitions of the notions “pedagogic potential of the Russian folk culture”, “implementation of the pedagogic potential of the Russian folk culture”. There are revealed the essential characteristics of the Russian folk culture, components and functions of the pedagogic potential of the Russian folk culture.

There are revealed the principles of pedagogic support in formation of professional competence of students specializing in economics. There rae given the examples of these principles in teacher’s work, described the stages of the principles in the system of secondary professional education.

There are considered the axiological aspects of formation of the professional and moral position of Internal Affairs Ministry higher school cadets, specified its functions and components.

There are considered the principles of pedagogic support in formation of professional competence of students specializing in economics. There are given the examples of principles in teacher’s work, described the staging of the principles implementation in the system of secondary professional education.

There is considered the notion of subculture competence of a teenager. There are revealed the stages of pedagogic situation and the difficulties peculiar for teenagers at every stage, determined the principles of teenager’s subculture competence formation. There are described the experiment results.

There is considered the notion of subcultural competence of a teenager, determined its components and functions. There is revealed the pedagogic potential of cooperation of school and family that favours the formation of subcultural competence of a teenager.

From the positions of the holistic approach there is described the pedagogic potential of the system of secondary professional education in the context of development of professional competence of a specialist in the sphere of economics: defined the potential of the system of secondary professional education, marked out its components, described its inner structure.

There is considered the notion of subculture in the context of interaction of school and family. There is determined the essence of interaction of school and family in the context of formation of subculture competence of a teenager, given the results of the survey of the subjects of the educational process, and made the conclusions about the potential of interaction of school and family with the aim to develop subculture competence of a teenager.

There are substantiated the theoretical and methodological foundations of socio-pedagogical projecting of the regional family policy; revealed the essence of project and regional approach as a scientific and practical strategy, which determines the guidelines of the regional family policy.
