Social policy of the Krasnoyarsk city Duma in the period of 1914-1917 (based on the state archive of the Krasnoyarsk krai)
The article deals with the socially oriented activities of the Krasnoyarsk city Duma in the period from August 1914 (the beginning of World War I) to July 1917, when the elections to the Duma resulted in electing Bolshevik Y.F. Dubrovinsky as the Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Council. The article emphasizes the use of journals of the meetings of the Council as a major historical source.
