The article deals with the process of vocational self-determination of future specialists in higher education. It describes the results of the survey that reveal the need to create the conditions for forecasting the vocational activities and the formation of ideas of the ways to achieve the top in the profession and success factors. The techniques of acmeological modelling are the means in the conditions of a higher school.
