There is considered the age-related and normative model of development as the methodological means of projecting the system of spiritual and moral education at various stages of its realization at school. There are analyzed three strategies of projecting (culturological, cultural and creative, cultural and personal) oriented at the subjective reality of primary school pupils, teenagers, the youth.

By the example of graduating students and interns of a medical higher school there are suggested the research results of the issue of correlation of the emotional burning- out with favourable and unfavourable factors of professional motivation in its various grouping. There is made the attempt to systematize the verbal indicators of the syndrome for persons with different predisposition to emotional burning-out.

There is revealed the difference in social and psychological aims (at work, power, altruism etc) and career priorities of students of full-time and distance education in the department Jurisprudence. It makes professors choose different accents for work at psychology classes.
