The article deals with the creation of an educative environment as one of the most important areas of work of educational organizations. The authors point out the shortage of qualified personnel capable of preparing students for councelor activities as well as the lack of special educational programs. Special attention is paid to student pedagogical teams and their potential for councelor activities. The possible ways of solving this professional problem are considered.
