The article describes semiotics of “dacha” as a concept of the habitat of the Russian aristocracy and the elite of the XVIII - XIX centuries. The author reveals objective, expressive (descriptive) and value characteristics of the concept under analysis. The relationships of the “dacha” concept with the related concepts “usadba”, “pomestiye”, “myza” and “imeniye” are considered. The differential features that distinguish the semantics of the concept “dacha” from the names of related concepts are defined.
