The article deals with the essence of the continuity of law education in school and university, which will allow implementing the approaches to the formation of the legal culture. The structural and functional characteristics of law education and its role in the context of socialization are under consideration. The analysis of the scientific literature revealed the existing trends in teaching law in secondary school and law in vocational schools, as well as identified the main obstacles to continuing education.
