The highest point of the Volgograd region: from the history of its definition and study
The article deals with the geography, history of study and the environmental condition of the Guselsky-Teterevyatsky ridge - the highest in the Volgograd region and one of the highest in the Volga upland. This priority in the modern era belongs to Volgograd geographers, including the staff of the geography and geoecologydepartment of the VSSPU.
