The article deals with the features of nonverbal communication involving various parts of the human body aimed to express various emotional states in the process of intercultural communication. It describes the repertoire of lexical units, word combinations and phraseological phrases, which convey a certain meaning of gesture or body movement in the analyzed languages. The national cultural similarities and differences in the three languages are described in the article.
