The main principle of the modern Internet communication is the rational use of time and language. In this regard, each level of language is undergoing some significant changes for successful development of the Internet communication. The article deals with the graphic, spelling and punctuation features of construction and design of the Internet discourse in the English, Turkish and Russian languages.
