The article deals with the general issues relating to development of bilingual Dargin dictionaries, and special issues associated with the definition of the vocabulary and structure of a dictionary entry. The author touches upon the development of glossary closely connected with the formation and development of both lexicology and literary language. The author summarizes own experience in creating dictionaries, proves the need to develop the new ones.
