The article presents the research results associated with the analysis of the reasons for successful inclusion of disabled students in the educational process. It reveals the problem of readiness of teaching staff to organize the educational process for disabled people. The authors propose the system of measures for better adaptation of disabled students, for development of readiness of teachers and universities to provide educational services to people with special needs.
