The article presents the analysis of the linguistic component of crimes, carried out by means of speech activity. The issue of adequate correlation of legislative norms with corresponding linguistic concepts is under consideration. The authors note the main tasks of the expert linguistic research within the framework of the considered issue. The set of the linguistic features of the disputed materials necessary for the subsequent law qualification is described.
