The article deals withthe work with teaching staff - psychological education. The article focuses on the goal of psychological education: knowledge about the development of the emotional attitude of a preschool child. It proves the effectiveness of psychological education in positive trends of teachers, in changing the point of view in interaction with children in favor of the democratic style of communication.
