The article deals with the concept of formation of the empathic culture of future teachers. It provides a theoretical justification of the issue, describes the notion of the empathic culture of future teachers and its structure. The essence of the notion of the concept and the teaching concept are under consideration. The urgency of the issuereflected in the principal regulationsof the Russian higher educationis proved in the article.
