The article deals with the need for pedagogical training of a manager of the socio-cultural sphere. It presents the system of pedagogical training of a manager of the socio-cultural sphere, describes the elements of the system implemented in the Volgograd State Institute of Arts and Culture in training of students and in the process of training the workers of the socio-cultural sphere. The effectiveness of the developed system of teacher training is proved in the article.
