The article represents an attempt to characterize the conceptual field “the sacred” from the point of interaction between three closely related linguistic sciences (linguoconceptology, discoursology and language world picture studies). The author researches the aspects of the conceptual field “the sacred” implemented in the fairy-tale discourse and leading to the conclusion about the supporting role of the conceptual field “the sacred” in the fairy-tale discourse.
