The article represents the review of the classifications of neologisms. It deals with the ways of formation of neologisms in the sublanguage of computer and information technologies. The research is based on the modern online dictionaries of acronyms and abbreviations. The author suggests the classification of neologisms of the sublanguage of computer technologies.
