The article deals with the most effective ways of training of music teachers at higher schools, systematization and refinement of the pedagogical principles which are the grounds for training of future professionals, with the purpose of development of the creative potential of future teachers, as well as the development of readiness for instrumental music performance as an integral part of his professional activity.
