The article is based on the author’s reference materials, Russian teachers and psychologists’ views, and it deals with the author’s understanding of the conditions of formation of teacher’s innovation competence within the in-school training. The set that integrates managerial, psychological and pedagogic conditions influencing the formation of the competence is found out and proved.
