Professional and personal self-development of the prospective teacher as a condition for creating an educational environment in the summer camp
The article highlights educational significance of summer recreation camps. The role of the prospective teachers' professional and personal self-development in the creation of an educative environment in the conditions of the summer camp is revealed. The author demonstrates the influence of the components of the counselors’ professional and personal self-development on the elements of the educational environment of the summer camp. The results of a survey ofstudent counselors are presented showing the stimulating influence of summer camp teaching practice on professional and personal self-development.

Vocational self-development of undergraduates in terms of pedagogical practice
The article deals with the self-development in the system of higher education through the analysis of standard requirements and reference to pedagogical research. The purpose, tasks, role of pedagogical practice of undergraduates in actualization of the components of professional and personal self-development are described. The correspondence of the stages of professional and personal self-development to the levels of competence formation is highlighted. The influence of pedagogical practice on self-development of undergraduates is under consideration in the article.

Development of motivation of educational and cognitive activity of future teachers in conditions of holistic educational process
The article deals with the educational and cognitive activity of future teachers in a holistic educational process, determining the dynamics of motivation of educational and cognitive activity as the sequence of stages. The invariant conditions that favour the development of motivation of educational and cognitive activity of future teachers are marked and tested. The significant motives of educational and cognitive activity in the training process definingthe features of the techniques, forms, methods of pedagogy class organization are described in the article.
