The article represents the analysis of the case forms of substantive declination in five Voronezh dialects. The unification of the forms in various cases, preserving of the units of the Old Russian paradigm are described. It is found out that the variety of endings in the first declination is determined by phonetic, semantic, syntactic and morphologic reasons.
