The article deals with the problem of the influence of ecological and educational environment of an educational institution on the formation of the ecological culture of students. The algorithm of the process of formation of the ecological culture of pupils in ecological and educational environment of the institution is determined and described. Theresultsthat provetheefficiencyofthisalgorithm are under consideration in the article.

The article deals with the groups of motives to master the ecological culture, as well as the levels of development of this personal quality of teenagers. The authors determine and describe the leading means of development of motivation to master the ecological culture - the ecological and pedagogical personal developing situations. The results showing the effectiveness of the use of such situations are considered.
