Paradigmatic characteristics of modern foreign language education
The article indicates that the leading tendency of the modern methods of teaching foreign languages in the globalizing information world is thepolyparadigmatic approach, which is oriented at the formation of a well-developed, free, responsible, positive personality and subjectivity of studentsin the framework of the anthropocentric, competence, axiological, culturological and personality-oriented components.

Imperative of continuous education in establishment of developing harmony
The article represents the methodological foundations of continuous education corresponding to the conceptual statements of the developing harmony philosophy in the context of orientation at development of a person as a socio-anthropologic integrity, active and responsible subject of activity. The noospherogenesis proposes the priority of intellectual and moral upbringing and self-education in human-centred and culture-centred paradigm of continuous education.

Human quality and education quality of the Non-classical education in the XXI century
The article represents the statements of the Non-classical education regarding the transition to the person-centred paradigm aimed at the establishment of a converting and creating personality in the conditions of the changing world. The implementation of the human quality model projectcombines the purposeful approach, which is aimed at the national culture of a local civilization, and the system genetic approach, that focuses on the existential problems of a person and the ideology of the noospheric study.

Polyparadigmatic foundations of the modern education
The article deals with the state of the modern pedagogy characterized by co-existence of various paradigmatic guidelines that are the methodological basis of education. Polyparadigmatic nature does not imply the opposition of the pedagogic systems with different purposes but determines the leading approaches in theoretic research and educational experience, is not regarded as eclecticism and crisis factor but as pedagogic wisdom.
