The article deals with the results of the analysis of the content of professional training of tourist staff in Turkey implemented in the associate programme “Management of Tourism and Hospitality” of the professional higher school of social sciences of the Mediterranean University of Turkey. Theimplementationofthe educational content in this programme allows achieving educational goals and forming graduate’s professional competence.
