The article deals with the tendencies in the modern amateur artistic work, the prospects of development of children’s choreographic work in the context of the module approach in the system of additional education. The author proves its appropriateness in organization of children’s choreographic studio, as well as the urgency of the new professional standard in the sphere of additional education.
