A theorem may be proved by means of using figures with integer sides. In textbooks there are a lot of tasks in which the length of triangle and trapezoid sides are estimated by integer numbers of the so called “suitable” irrational multipliers. The triangles, trapezoids with integer sides are systematized in the forms of tables.
