There are given the scientific grounds for the notion “Innovation”, “Creative potential”. There are noted the conditions of efficiency of the forms of methodological support of teacher’s professional skills in the innovation space of an institution of additional education.

There is represented the model of socialization based on social experience of preschool children. There are described the emotional and eventful technologies as a special technological construct that consists of successive and interrelated modules (events). There are described the results of the experimental work by the example of implementation of diverse social projects.
