At the present historical stage there is the alienation of nations from the basicethnic cultural values, consequently there is a crisis of civic consciousness, which is first of all manifested in the criminality. The ethnic culture as the basis of the holistic process ofcivic consciousness development is implemented in everyday teaching practice, based on the skills and habits of moral behaviour, on the basis of ethnic cultural connotations of education.

There is considered the process of formation of a culture person in the system of ethnocultural connotation of education by means of development of the structural elements of the central theme of culture - the system of ethnic constants through their systematic use in everyday pedagogic experience.
