There is substantiated the necessity to create special mechanisms for implementation of the pedagogic strategy in the course of competitiveness formation of a higher school graduate in the conditions of Russian higher school reforms. There is stated the author’s interpretation of the notion, determined the mechanisms, revealed their essence and contents, as well as the basic components and levels of such mechanisms.
