There are considered the attributive (essential) properties of dialogic relations between a teacher and students, such as equality, sincerity, mutual understanding, empathy, trust and self-revelation. There is given the detailed description of the issue of trust in the structure of the dialogic relations “teacher-student”. There are represented the results of the empiric experience of research of trust influence on the dialogic relations in the university educational process.
