There are represented the key components of a modern teacher’s professionalism. There are described the basic competences to consider at the stage of professional development of a pedagogic worker. By the example of training for development of teacher’s communicative qualities there are shown the basic stages and nuances of education organization. The system and purposeful training work is a good stimulus to improve the qualification and competences of teachers.
