There are regarded the methodological foundations of formation of cognitive and mental structures of a personality in the process of pupil’s language development. Based on the experimental pedagogic experience in the Tumen region there is summarized the experience of implementation of the linguistic cultural conception in the metalanguage educational space by means of actualization of the resources of the semiotic approach and the use of hermeneutic instruments, which allows pupils’ mastering the mechanisms of comprehension of the world as a language universe and provides its successful socialization.
