There is shown that teachers in the period of crisis are more oriented at mutual understanding, trust, establishment of emotionally close relations. In relations between teachers there is noted the negative tone with the leading role of asthenic and fading feelings. To prevent the negative consequences of the crisis it is necessary to develop the psychological steadiness of a teacher’s personality.
