The study of the main issues of the Great Victory of the Soviet people over the fascist Germany was and is quite urgent. Researchers pay special attention to the little investigated or not investigated issues of the beginning, the course and the end of the Great Patriotic War of the 1941-1945. In particular, there are analyzed the issues of the “white” spots. In this connection there is noted that now it is even 70 years after the victory in the Great Patriotic War, but the number of “white spots” in its history hasn’t become less.
