Functioning of the signs of the negative intellectual evaluation in the position of a parenthesis is researched on the basis of the corpus linguistics. It is stated that the intellectual evaluation is complicated by the ethical reflexes and desiderative evaluations, as well as various secondary emotions, the specific nature of which depends on the type of the communicative context.

Terminological system of linguistic-cultural conceptology as a contrastive background allowing to distinguish a linguistic-cultural concept from a pseudo-term of the same name is described; common and specialized disciplinary terminological units are studied.
