There is considered the issue of formation of value guidelines of civil and patriotic orientation of future specialists in physical culture and sports. There is specified the scientific notion of value guidelines of students’ civil and patriotic orientation. There are regarded the methods of value guidelines formation. There are represented the scientific grounds for pedagogic conditions that favour the effectiveness of the process of value guidelines formation.
