The distinctive feature of the modern system of education, including foreign language sphere, is the need to improve the quality of vocational training of future specialists implemented by means of continuous self-education. Nowadaysthere is a need for active and competent professionals ready for permanent self-development and self-education. One of the promising directions of improving the quality of language education in higher school is the formation of foreign language self-educational competence of students.

There is considered the technology of implementation of monitoring of students’ independent work in a foreign language at a non-linguistic higher school based on the author’s web-application TeacherHub. There are described the results that show the effectiveness of the suggested technology.
