There is given the scientific definition of younger teenager’s responsibility, marked out its levels. There are represented the typological peculiarities of the responsibility function in the individual and personal establishment of a younger teenager at each level and the system of indicators that allow successful diagnostics of each function formation.

There is considered the issue of formation of responsibility in the early juvenile age. There is substantiated the timeliness and effectiveness of the use of the module and rating system of education in formation of this personal quality. There is suggested the original system of teacher’s activity principles and the methodology of implementation of the pedagogic potential of the system.
