There is covered the issue of building the hierarchic structure of the French terminological system of law by the method of thesaurus modeling. There is given the brief structure of juridical thesaurus created on the basis of the text analysis of the Ecological Code of France and research of lexical definitions of the explored juridical terms. There is considered the structure of fields of different levels that form the basis of thesaurus.
