There is considered the new contextual notion as a mental correlate of the modern compressive occasionalism and as the result of conceptual integration. There are analyzed the extralinguistic and linguistic contexts of originating and functioning of this newest cognitive construct.

There is considered the contextual notion as a special type of mental formation, sorted out some peculiarities of its verbal form - oxymoronym. There is shown that the semantics of oxymoronym is summative, i.e. derivable, but not summary. Such type of word derivation becomes more popular, the frequency of oxymoronyms use is increased.
