Genre structure is defined not only by tradition and writers choice but also by his world perception peculiarities, individual creative mind structures. The analysis of this cooperation includes the narrative, psychological, rhetorical, genre situation analysis. F.M.Dostoevsky chose for himself the novel structure and already in the first novel Poor people, having changed the traditional epistolary novel structure, started to create metamorphic novel elements, his own genre, defining his creative work in 1860 - 1870 years.
