There are regarded the questions of comparative phrase formation that have been systemically developed neither in Russian nor in Chinese linguistics. There is an attempt taken to comprehend the essence of such processes of phrase formation as primary and secondary transposition in structural peculiarities of Russian and Chinese phrases.
