There are revealed the notions of intercultural linguistics and intercultural pragmatics in the context of intercultural communication general theory; regarded one of the basic methods in intercultural communication pragmatic component research, systematized the specific principles and communication maxims from the position of their realization in intercultural discourse, marked out a number of pragmatic principles specially relevant in intercultural communication conditions.
