There is regarded the genre organization of juridical discourse - genre formats of legal subjects interaction (as the correlation of situational, standard and value and speech elements), scripts (as the change of situational changes directed at compliance with the norms) and texts (as the form of juridical discourse situation). There are suggested the criteria of juridical discourse genres classification.
