There are analyzed the peculiarities of professional activity of psychologists, substantiated the necessity to develop the structure, diagnosis methods and development of competence in psychologists communication. There is shown the structure of communication competence at students of psychology department. There is given and substantiated the model of developing the competence in communication between the students of psychology department at the stage of their studying at higher school.
