There is covered the methodological aspect of foreign language intellect activity that gives the answer to the question how to form linguistic and creative thinking by means of a foreign language and culture. As it is seen from the experience of intercultural communication and functioning in a different cultural and linguistic space when teaching a foreign language in the context of intercultural communication strategic meaning is given to cognitive processes that form the language world picture, fix lexical units and their main elements in the structures of semantic memory, with the help and on the basis of lexical units form the notions and concepts as the quantum of the structured knowledge.
